Steve Gregg is using his more than 20 years of industry experience to oversee the operations and service delivery of ServiceMaster Toronto North-Vaughan. Steve excels in project management and estimating, with a specialty in large loss and commercial loss management, which is significant as he focuses on servicing this thriving community with customized residential properties as well as high density living and commercial properties .  Steve also has a vast knowledge and direct experience in working with a high volume of claims and managing large catastrophe's (CAT's) in both local and remote markets.  As President, Steve is responsible for ensuring a high level service delivery is constant and consistent, as he firmly believes customer service is paramount.  Steve is also committed to and educated in reducing claims costs by effective and efficient mitigation of the loss, thereby reducing the renovation costs  and decreasing downtime in property use.  This is a result of years of experience and the use of industry specific tools such as specialized equipment and innovative ways of restoring peace of mind.  Steve is also successful in providing a fast and efficient product all while not suffering the expected extraordinary customer service and quality workmanship.

Vlad currently holds a WaterRestoration Technician IICRC Certification, First Aid and CPR Level C certificate and completion of a Health And Safety Awareness for Supervisors course.  Vlad is knowledgeable in any type of restoration, including title insurance claims that include structural restoration.

Karen operates as the Office Manager and Accounting Sepcialist at ServiceMaster Toronto North - Vaughan.  Karen's 12 years of experience in the onstruction/insurance field has given her a vast knowledge of the Restoration Industy.  Karen's superior customer services and compassion for customers makes her a valuale member of our team.  Excellent orginazitional and time management skills make it possible for Karen to help run of ourrice smoothly and efficiently.  Karen has become an expert with our job management software and is trained in CPR First Aid, WSIB and Health and Safety making Karen an excellent resource for our many Commercial Customers, Homeowners, Staff,  and Insuance Partners.
